What to Expect in a Free Consultation
Many of the people we work with have never needed a lawyer before, and they feel nervous about the personal injury claims process. We take the time to answer all your questions and talk through the process during a free, no-obligation case consultation.
During this meeting with David Bence, here’s what you can expect:
Just tell us your story. We want to hear about your accident and how your injuries are affecting you. We will need to know when, where, and how your accident happened, and what types of treatment you have been receiving for your injuries.
Bring any paperwork or evidence with you. If the insurance company has sent you any letters or paperwork, we can look over that for you. It can also be helpful to bring any bills or receipts for medical care. In addition, if you have any evidence related to your accident, such as photos from the scene or names and contact information for witnesses, please bring that with you.
Have a list of questions ready. You will be receiving a lot of helpful information in your free consultation, and you can make the most of this time by writing down your questions ahead of time. This way, you can ensure all your concerns are addressed and you leave with all your questions answered.
If you decide to hire David to represent you, you should know that you do not pay anything upfront or out of pocket. Instead, our law firm will represent you on a contingency-fee basis. This means that our attorney fees are contingent on us winning money for you. If we secure payment on your claim, we receive an agreed upon percentage as our fee. If we do not win money for you, you do not owe us a fee. That means there is no risk to you.
